Closing the Gap is a 12-month programme for senior women who want to change what happens in the conversations, decisions and negotiations that shape their careers.

We talk a lot about the pay gap. But we all know there are other gaps shaping women's careers.

The promotion gap. The visibility gap. The authority gap. The influence gap. The difference between being seen as a safe pair of hands — and as one to watch.

And negotiation shapes more of these than you might think.

But much of the advice was built around a model that assumes the same behaviours will get the same response from everyone. They don't.

So if the usual advice doesn't always work for you, that doesn't mean you're bad at this.

You're playing a harder game.

The programme is deliberately small and intimate — no more than eight women, with space to test ideas, share experiences and support each other as you put them into practice.
